I had the chance to visit a lodge in a wealthy suburb near Cape Town, nestled in the mountains and surrounded by a beautiful forest. The location was absolutely serene, with tranquil sounds of nature echoing throughout. The room was stunning, with a spacious bathroom and all the necessary amenities. The staff provided impeccable service, making sure all my needs were met. The breakfast spread was delightful, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. The lodge also offered fantastic facilities, including a spa and jacuzzi for relaxation.

I did encounter one drawback during my stay.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the fact that there was a pool and a jacuzzi available all day long and the view from the balcony was amazing. Another advantage was that the staff was generally friendly and helpful when we had questions about the area. The location was excellent, we were able to visit different coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was not well-maintained, there was a damp smell and the shower leaked. the breakfast was not as expected, the selection was limited and the food was not very fresh.

Great value for money and amazing views of the surrounding natural beauty. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for my business trip needs. Another plus was the delicious breakfast and the complimentary coffee offered in the lobby.

While the room was comfortable, it lacked some basic amenities such as a minifridge or microwave, and there was no gym or fitness center on the premises. some noise from neighboring rooms could be heard at times.
